CNC PROCESSING
AND 3D PRINTING

Computer numerical control (CNC) is a manufacturing process in which pre-programmed computer software dictates the movement of factory tools and machines. The process can be used to control a variety of complex machines, from grinders and lathes to mills and CNC routers. With CNC machining, three-dimensional cutting tasks can be performed in a single set of prompts.

The CNC process runs counter to the limitations of manual control, where live operators are required to steer and control machining tool commands via levers, knobs and wheels – and thus replace. For the observer, a CNC system may be similar to the usual set of computer components, but the programs and consoles used in CNC machining distinguish it from all other forms of computing.

3D PRINTING

3D printing is the construction of a three-dimensional object from a CAD model or a digital 3D model. 3D printing is the construction of a three-dimensional object from a CAD model or digital 3D model. The term “3D printing” can refer to various processes in which material is deposited, joined or solidified under computer control to create a three-dimensional object. usually layer by layer.

With the help of 3D printing, we enable fast and high-quality production of prototypes as well as finished products. We print products from different materials (PLA, ABS, TPU ().

At Arhsol, we use two types of printing technology:

  • FDM (FUSED DEPOSITION MODELING). With this technology, the 3D printer pulls the filament into the head, where it melts it and applies it through a nozzle to the work surface, where it cools and hardens. By moving the head during printing and certain coordinates, the final product is created.
  • DPL (Digital Light Processing). With the help of a UV light projector, the 3D printer selectively hardens the resin in layers. Due to the small layer height (0.05 mm), it provides very good print quality, especially for smaller, more detailed pieces.
